Payment
Payment is due, in full, 15 working days prior to the start of the course. Xceedtraining reserves the right to offer the place to another delegate if the fees are not paid in time. All transfer and cancellation charges must be paid for on receipt of invoice.

Transfer costs
Transferring course dates incurs a 25% fee if within 10 working days of the start of the course.

Cancellations
For cancellations by the client the following terms apply:
Up to 15 working days prior, full refund
Between 15 and 5 working days prior notice, 50% refund
Less than 5 working days notice, no refund

Substituting delegates
There is no charge for substituting delegates on previously booked courses.

Cancellation of courses by Xceedtraining and changes to course content

Xceedtraining is constantly updating and improving the course content. Therefore we reserve the right to alter the content without prior notice. Xceedtraining reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. However delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.
